Clear Return & Refund Guidelines
We want every customer to understand the condition, terms, and return rules before completing
a purchase. Used equipment, parts, freight, and service-related items may have different return
requirements. Contact our team with questions before sending anything back.

Equipment Sales
All equipment sales are generally considered final once the purchase is completed,
unless otherwise stated in writing by Southern Farms Equipment. Used tractors, skid steers,
backhoes, loaders, and heavy equipment are sold based on the condition, specifications,
and information available at the time of sale.
Customers are encouraged to inspect equipment, request additional photos or videos,
and ask questions before purchasing.

Parts Returns
Eligible parts may be considered for return if they are unused, uninstalled,
in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and documentation.
Special-order parts, electrical components, opened parts, installed parts, and
custom-sourced items may not be eligible for return.

Return Approval Required
All returns must be approved by Southern Farms Equipment before any item is shipped
or brought back. Items returned without prior approval may be refused. Please contact
our team with your order details, part information, and reason for return.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds may be subject to restocking fees, shipping costs, handling charges, or deductions
for missing packaging, damage, or use.

Shipping Costs
Shipping, freight, delivery, and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless
otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless
the return is due to an error confirmed by Southern Farms Equipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or notice shipping damage, contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide photos, order information, and a clear description of the issue so our team
can review the situation and assist with next steps.
